We have the look of the new iPhone and now all we need is the availability.   The folks over at iMore may have just been tipped on the launch details on the big Apple event happening in the fall.  The sources have September 12th pegged as the date of the press event.

With the Sept 12th, consumers could expect Apple to unveil the new iPhone along with the new iPod Touch and the iPad mini. We already know about the upcoming iPhone and the iPad mini, as the new iPod Touch will offer a new display same as the new iPhone of almost a 4inch size w/ 1136 x 640 resolution and metal unibody back.  Maybe this time, they may give the new iTouch cellular data options like the iPad data plans.

Now the actual launch dates for everything looks to land like this: the iPhone launching on September 21st along with the iPod Touch and the iPad mini launching sometime in mid-November.  If made to be true, this gives you 6 weeks to get ready for all of Apple’s new toys.  This is shaping to be Apple’s biggest fall event to date and lead to a very profitable holiday season.
